For Ben Garcia, it's his early experience in life that set the foundation for who he is. "I come from a humble background. I was born and raised in rural agricultural community located in Washington State’s Yakima Valley. Both my parents originated from State of Texas. They come from migrant farm worker families, and I worked in the fields through various times in my life. James Gimenez Prepares To Feed 1,000 People At Lincoln Day Dinner

  For  Back 40 BBQ  owner, James Gimenez, cooking has always been a family tradition.    “My aunts and my grandma were always cooking. We all had a passion for cooking, but catering is a whole different ballgame. It’s the major league of cooking,” said Gimenez.   Gimenez’ Father Frank, moved his family from Los Angeles to Pasco in 1971 for a better life on a farm in Franklin County. “I've asked him numerous times.
